Bob McEwan is a coach and strategic facilitator for the Xavier Leadership Center. Bob has counseled a broad range of individuals from senior executives to individual contributing professionals and operations personnel. Bob is familiar with a range of organizational structures, industry sectors, and engineering and manufacturing disciplines and is capable of offering insightful and meaningful advice to high-potential leaders at any stage of their career.
Bob has over 30 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and service operations. From 2009-2013, Bob was the senior executive general manager for Airfoils & Manufacturing Technology Center for Excellence, where he was responsible for introducing new manufacturing technologies to GE Aviation’s state-of-the-art jet engines. Prior to this, Bob spent many years working closely with airframers and airline customers along with GE global partners.

Qualifications & Experience: Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Morehead State and has master’s degrees in business administration and education from Xavier University. He is also trained and certified in many GE management programs, most notably Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean.
