She has more than 25 years of diverse employment and consulting experience within healthcare, higher education, service, manufacturing, and not-for-profit industries. Her previous roles as an individual contributor, senior leader, and as a business owner provide a broad business perspective. Linda received coaching training through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and is a qualified mediator. Her BA and MA degrees were awarded by The Ohio State University. A sampling of client companies includes: Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center, Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Unilever, 3M, Cincinnati Machine, Oystar-RA Jones, City of Loveland, and City of Piqua. Examples of leaders coached are MDs, Director of Clinical Services, Director of Operations, City Managers, Director of Sales, and General Managers. She participated in Immunity to Change Workshop, facilitated by Robert Kegan, Harvard, (2009) and has received White Belt certification (2009). In 2011, Linda participated in the 3-day Master Mediators’ Immersion Course “Wired for Empathy: Understanding Human Connection, Trust and Effective Decision Making” at Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California.
