Renee has over forty years of experience as a Human Resource and Organizational Development professional. Renee has worked in for profit and as well as non-profit organizations. Her direct experiences have been in industries of manufacturing, engineering, high tech, consumer products and most recently healthcare. She also managed her own business as a consultant and marketing distributor. She holds both a BS in Business Administration, along with a MS in Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. She also completed training and certification as a Registered Corporate Coach with ImpAct Training and Development out of Atlanta, Georgia.
