Performance Enhancement Coaching : This type of coaching focuses on further developing an individual’s skills and knowledge so that their job performance improves, leading to the achievement of organizational objectives. Performance Enhancement Coaching topics may include building core competencies, confidence, self-esteem, communication and conflict management.
Business Coaching: This type of coaching focuses on facilitating an individual’s professional development growth, which may include supporting an employee, either as an individual, as part of a team and/or organization, to achieve greater business performance and operational effectiveness.
Career Coaching: This type of coaching focuses on career development and may include support in clarifying an individual’s career path and/or preparation for a fulfilling career.
Executive Coaching: This type of coaching is focused at the senior management level. Executive Coaching topics may include business related topics as well as personal development topics in order to improve or expand personal performance. Common topics are work-life balance, setting priorities, leadership development, implementation of strategic goals, career development, challenges regarding specific staff members, accountability and teamwork.
Cross-Cultural Coaching: This type of coaching focuses on helping organizations and individuals become more culturally competent and effective in today’s global business environment. Cross-Cultural Coaching helps to identify issues where cultural differences are the cause of conflicts as well as provide cultural awareness and competence. A cross-cultural coach is someone who knows about and can guide and support others through the complex process of cultural adaptation. While traditional coaching tends to operate within the confines of your own cultural norms, values, and beliefs, Cross-Cultural Coaching seeks to challenge these cultural assumptions and discover solutions that lie outside-the-box.
