Open Enrollment Programs @ Corporate University – Our highly rated and successful Corporate University offers a wide and flexible selection of program offerings with opportunities for bundling to create the right learning experience for individual needs. Our clients appreciate the opportunity for peer-to-peer learning with a diverse group of participants from across industry, which allows for shared experiences and discussions. As with our Custom Programs, all of our Open Enrollment programs are designed around our 3-Dimensional Learning Model and take place at the state-of-the-art facility, Cintas Center’s Schiff Center.

Custom Programs: We can also custom design any of our open enrollment programs in a way that makes them relevant to your industry or company. We can choose specific case examples, articles and exercises that your employees, high potentials and leaders will see as tailored to your situation to make the learning more relevant. We can also assemble a group of topics to address specific business goals you may have. These can be designed around a specific business issue, or we can design and deliver your own corporate university. We can offer these custom program experiences either on campus or at your location.

Coaching
Xavier Leadership Center provides a team of highly skilled professionals that can assist you in meeting goals and objectives through the guidance of an experienced executive or business coach. If you or your company needs a coach or team of coaches to accelerate leadership development and/or to support desired behavior changes, we will help you identify the right coach and coaching process. We provide tailored coaching to each client within a proven delivery framework. Our diverse group of screened and seasoned coaches adheres to Xavier’s high standards.
