XLC will assist you in meeting goals and objectives through the guidance of an experienced executive or business coach. Through our one-of-a-kind creative approach, clients achieve desired performance and results, and begin to make a difference within their organizations. We offer five levels of coaching:
Executive Coaching: Focuses at the senior management level. Topics may include business related topics as well as personal development topics in order to improve or expand personal performance.
Performance Enhancement Coaching: Focuses on further developing an individual’s skills and knowledge so that their job performance improves.
Business Coaching: Focuses on facilitating an individual’s professional development growth.
Career Coaching: Focuses on career development and may include support in clarifying an individual’s career path.
Cross-Cultural Coaching: Focuses on helping organizations and individuals become more culturally competent and effective in today’s global business environment.
