Q: What is XLC’s program cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations received at least 10 days prior to program date may be rescheduled to a future program date, or may be entitled to a full refund. Q: What is XLC’s payment policy?
A: All XLC programs must be paid in full by 10 days prior to program start date.
Q: What if my employer is paying for me to attend an XLC program?
A: If you are using a personal credit card, and will be reimbursed by your organization, you will receive a program confirmation and receipt after registering to provide for reimbursement.
If you are using a corporate card, enter the card information into the registration form.
If your employer needs to pay by check, choose the “invoice me” option on your registration (certificate programs only).
If your employer uses purchase order numbers for payment, select the “invoice me” option and email Ali Chadwell with the purchase order number, the participant’s name and the title and date of the program to be attended (certificate programs only).
Q: Does XLC offer group rates?
A: Those registering 3 or more people from the same company, for the same program are eligible for a group discount.
3-4 participants: 5% 5-9 participants: 10% 10 or more participants: 15%. Contact Ali Chadwell, 513-745-3396 or firstname.lastname@example.org, to register multiple participants.
Q: What times do the Corporate University programs run?
A: Our full day programs run from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Our half day programs run from 8:30 AM – 12:00 .
Q: What is XLC’s inclement weather cancellation policy?
A: In the event of inclement weather, the Xavier Leadership Center will adhere to the decision of Xavier University to delay or cancel programs. Please check the email address you provided upon registration for updates. We will make every attempt to contact you. Please also tune in to local media for updates about Xavier University.
Q: Can I receive college credit for attending your programs?
A: Our Corporate University programs are not eligible for college credit. We do offer continuing education units (CEU’s), Professional Development Units (PDU’s) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE’s for Accountants).
Q:Does XLC have partnerships with local hotels for a program participant discount?
A: XLC participants receive discounts at local hotels while they are attending programs. Click here for more information.
