Q: What is XLC’s program cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations received at least 10 days before the initial program start date are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received less than 10 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund but you may defer to a future session of the same program within one year or a substitute may be sent in your place.
Q: What is XLC’s inclement weather cancellation policy?
A: In the event of inclement weather, the Xavier Leadership Center will adhere to the decision of Xavier University to delay or cancel programs. Please check the email address you provided upon registration for updates. We will make every attempt to contact you. Please also tune in to local media for updates about Xavier University.
Q: What if my employer is paying for me to attend an XLC program?
A: If you are using a personal credit card, and will be reimbursed by your organization, you will receive a program confirmation and receipt after registering to provide for reimbursement.
Q: Does XLC offer group rates?
A: Those registering 3 or more people from the same company, for the same program are eligible for a group discount.
3-4 participants: 5% 5-9 participants: 10% 10 or more participants: 15%
Q: What times do the Corporate University programs run?
A: Our full day programs run from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Our half day programs run from 8:30 AM – 12:00 .
Q: Can I receive college credit for attending your programs?
A: Our Corporate University programs are not eligible for college credit. We do offer continuing education units (CEU’s), Professional Development Units (PDU’s) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE’s for Accountants).
