This program clearly defines what employee engagement is and why it matters. Participants will develop communication strategies and effective performance management practices to engage their workforce as a leader.
Xavier Leadership Center’s Employee Engagement is for anyone who manages or provides leadership to others.
Participants will create an action plan for applying and implementing the tools provided during the program.

Maggie Frye is a Xavier Leadership Center facilitator, trainer and consultant. Maggie is an experienced organizational development practitioner, specializing in leadership development and talent management – including servant leadership, employee engagement and performance management. Previously, Maggie served as Global Communication & Talent Development Manager at Hobsons, an education technology provider. Through her work with Hobsons, she supported a global workforce in the US, UK and Asia Pacific.
Maggie is a graduate of United Way’s Board Orientation and Leadership Development Program and the SOAR Women’s Leadership Program. She serves on the Board of SHRM’s Cincinnati affiliate chapter (GCHRA).
Maggie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Northern Kentucky University and a Master’s in Strategic Organizational and Corporate Communication from the University of Southern California.
